Inside a Consultant’s Black Box – An AI SCOR Model

The SCOR Digital Standard (SCOR DS) provides a structured framework for understanding and improving end-to-end supply chains. In this session, Murat will walk through how an experienced consultant approaches a supply chain business problem—from identifying relevant SCOR processes and performance metrics to analyzing root causes, selecting improvement practices, and developing a transformation roadmap.

The presentation will also explore how AI can accelerate this analytical process without replacing human judgment. Practical examples will be used to demonstrate the approach, along with a demonstration of SCORGUIDE, an AI-assisted platform designed to support SCOR-based supply chain analysis and transformation planning.

About the Speaker:
Murat Guventurk, CTSC, SCOR-P, is Co-Founder of SELCO Consulting, an ASCM Consulting Partner. He has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain projects, specializing in supply chain process reengineering, systems engineering, complex systems modeling, and process digitalization. He also serves as adjunct faculty at Bahcesehir University.
